Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. We will make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. Delivery usually takes 2-8 days domestically. International deliveries take longer.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. The Edge Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at edgeltdjc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
